How we will accept your order.
Our acceptance of your order will take place when we email you to accept it, at which point a contract will come into existence between you and us.
If we cannot accept your order.
If we are unable to accept your order, we will inform you of this in writing and will not charge you for the product. This might be because of unexpected limits on our resources which we could not reasonably plan for, because we have identified an error in the price or description of the product or because we are unable to meet a delivery deadline you have specified.
We only sell to the UK & Ireland.
Our website is solely for the promotion of our products and services in the UK. Unfortunately, we do not accept orders from or deliver to addresses outside the UK.
Products may vary slightly from their pictures.
The images of the products on our website are for illustrative purposes only. Although we have made every effort to display the colours accurately, we cannot guarantee that a device’s display of the colours accurately reflects the colour of the products. Your product may vary slightly from those images.
All orders made will be sent out via Royal Mail using Standard Delivery. Please allow 5 working days for your order to arrive. If we expect your order to arrive later than this, we will let you know via email as soon as possible. Orders under £40 will incur a £3.95 shipping charge. This is free on all orders over £40. Please ensure that your address is written out in full.
We are not responsible for delays outside our control.
If our supply of the product or service is delayed by an event outside our control then we will contact you as soon as possible to let you know and we will take steps to minimise the effect of the delay. Every effort will be made to ensure the order is with you as quickly as possible, however once it’s in the post it’s outside of our control and is then between you & Royal Mail. We will not be liable for any delay from them.
Collection by you.
If you have asked to collect the products from our premises, you can collect them from us at any time during our working hours of 9am – 6pm on Monday to Wednesday, 9am – 8pm Thursday and Friday, 10am- 4pm Saturday and closed on Sunday. Please wait until we have confirmed that the order is ready for you to collect before coming to the salon.
Buying Environ & DMK.
Both of these skincare brands are full of active ingredients and need to be prescribed. Bliss & Beauty accept no responsibility for those purchasing un-prescribed products or for those stepping up levels without seeking advice from the Bliss & Beauty Skin Specialists. Advice can be sought over the phone, text, email or through a Zoom or Salon consultation. Please be sure you are aware that the products you are buying are suitable for your skin. Products bought in error can be returned unopened with the seal in tact for a full refund – see below for postage information. Please also be aware that even if you have been using the products but have not purchased from us, we will still have to carry out a full and thorough skin questionnaire and no products will be sent out until this has been done.
Returning products after ending the contract.
If you end the contract for any reason after products have been dispatched to you or you have received them, you must return them to us. You must either return the goods in person to where you bought them, post them back to us at Smith’s Yard, Welford Road, South Kilworth, Lutterworth, LE17 6DY or please call customer services on 01858 571 244 or email us at info@blissandbeauty.co.uk to arrange a return. If you are exercising your right to change your mind you must send off the goods within 14 days of telling us you wish to send them back.

How we will refund you.
We will refund you the price you paid for the products including delivery costs, by the method you used for payment. However, we may make deductions from the price, as described below.

If you are exercising your right to change your mind:
We may reduce your refund of the price (excluding delivery costs) to reflect any reduction in the value of the goods, if this has been caused by your handling them in a way which would not be permitted in a shop, for example opening a product that we can no longer use or resell. You will not receive your refund until the items have been returned to us and we have deemed them to be acceptable.
The maximum refund for delivery costs will be the costs of delivery by the least expensive delivery method we offer.

We will make any refunds due to you as soon as possible.
