If the person you are booking for is under the age of 16, they will need a parent or guardian present throughout the whole treatment. In the absence of a parent or guardian present throughout the whole treatment, the treatment will have to be rescheduled to a time that is suitable for a parent or guardian to be there and a charge may be incurred.

Please inform us if you have any health concerns. Even if you don’t believe that they may affect the treatment you’ve booked, it’s of upmost important that we ensure the treatment is safe to go ahead.

Please respect other clients at Bliss and Beauty by turning your phone onto silent when entering the salon, and not answering it when in the salon.

Please give 48 hours’ notice for moving, changing or the cancellation of a treatment, or a 50% charge may be made. If you give us less than 2 hours notice, or if the appointment is forgotten altogether, a 100% charge will be made for the missed appointment.

Please note that a patch test will need to be done at least 48 hours in advance for tints, HD brows and LVL lashes. Failure to have a patch test will result in the treatment having to be rescheduled and a charge may be incurred.

If you are late for an appointment, please note that your treatments may need to be adjusted to suit the amount of time there is left.

If you are not happy with your treatment, we ask for you to let us know within 24 hours of having it done, so that we can rectify or improve the outcome.

Bliss & Beauty will not accept and liability for any damage or the theft of belongings or vehicles left in the salon and on the grounds.

Children in the salon
At Bliss & Beauty, we do allow well behaved children in the salon. 
We ask all clients to specify if they’re bringing in their children so that we can plan and prepare for the treatment. There are certain times (such as relaxing treatments) where it’s not appropriate for children to be there. Please note on your appointment so we can adjust the treatment ahead of time if we need to. We ask that all clients that are bringing children ensure that they have something to do so that they do not disturb the treatment, other clients or put themselves in danger. We have Wi-Fi that can be used, however if they are playing a game, or watching something, please ensure headphones are used.  Children in the salon need to be supervised at all times. either by the person in having treatments, or another adult of 18+ that comes along. We are not able to watch or take care of your children whilst you have a treatment done.
