About Us
Bliss & Beauty Training was created by founders Vicki & Liv, who bring a combined 40 years of experience in the beauty industry. Over that time, they have built the award-winning Bliss & Beauty, now with two thriving salon locations in the South Leicestershire countryside, known for exceptional standards, results-driven treatments, and outstanding client care.
Having invested heavily in CPD beauty training courses for their therapists over the years, Vicki & Liv noticed a recurring issue: even after completing external training, many therapists still required significant in-house support to meet the high standards expected within a professional salon environment.
This sparked the creation of Bliss & Beauty Training.
Our goal was simple — to deliver professional beauty training that truly prepares therapists for real salon work, not just certification. Training that is practical, confidence-building, and rooted in the realities of the beauty industry. And once we realised the impact this approach could have, it made sense to open our doors to the wider industry.
Bliss & Beauty Training is led by Vicki & Liv alongside Lottie, our Senior Therapist, who brings a wealth of hands-on experience, advanced treatment knowledge, and a passion for mentoring the next generation of beauty professionals.
Together, we offer high-quality beauty training and CPD courses in Leicestershire, designed to raise standards, support career growth, and empower therapists to deliver exceptional results from day one.
