How does it work?
Once you purchase the online skin consultation, we will be in touch to get you booked in at a mutually convenient time, whether it be over Skype, Zoom or good old fashioned email. We will ask you lots of questions about your lifestyle, previous skincare habits and what your concerns are. This is so that we can prescribe a routine that isn’t just going to get results, but will work well and fit in with YOU.
Why do I need a consultation?
Because of the active nature of the Environ, DMK & Dermogenera products, a consultation is absolutely necessary before you start using any of their products. Each skin is different, and each product has their own benefits. The last thing you want is to purchase the wrong products for your skin. Even if you’ve used Environ in the past, we will still need to do a consultation with you. We have had clients in the past that have been on completely the wrong home care routine, and were so pleased when we adjusted what they were using. How you use your products and how often you use them is also really important, and you will get a full breakdown of this when we prescribe products to you.
What do I get if I buy from you?
We have been an Environ salon for over 8 years now, and constantly go on further training to up our knowledge and stay up to date with key products, changes to the range and advice. By buying from us, you will also get free advice on all matters skin, and we hold your hand through the whole process (if you need it!) We always like to reiterate that we’re not a huge company or business, and as such pride ourselves on our customer service. If something isn’t working for you, we will swap it for something that will.
Why do you charge?
Because of the time that a consultation takes, and the knowledge and insight we share with you when conducting a consultation, a charge of £40 is taken initially, however this will be deducted off of any products you decide to purchase.
How long until I see results?
How long is a piece of string. We never make any promises to have your skincare goals achieved by X date, however we do our absolute best to get to your skin destination as quickly as possible. Certain conditions take longer to treat, however we’re with you every step of the way and are on hand for any questions or queries you may have.
DISCLAIMER: We believe in a holistic approach to skincare. The journey has to be enjoyable! We will never, EVER prescribe products that you don’t need in order to get a sale. We believe in finding the routine that’s right for YOU. Trying to get results in the least amount of products possible is our goal. We are also able to work within many different budgets, too.
