You will need to have used one or two bottles of AVST moisturiser of the same level before you can step-up to the next level.
Due to the activity of the AVST moisturisers you have a window of approximately two weeks to introduce the same level of moisturiser back into your routine should you have stopped, left any longer you may have to step back to AVST 1 as the skin will not easily tolerate higher levels of vitamin A.
Try not to run out of moisturiser when you are ready to step-up to the next level, we recommend after nine weeks of being on the second bottle of the same level of moisturiser you purchase the next level up, they need to be introduced slowly otherwise they may cause a reaction to the skin. Our advice is to use the lower level in the morning and the higher level in the evening until the lower level moisturiser has expired of product, then continue with the higher level in the morning and evening as normal.
Upon the second bottle of AVST level two the addition of incorporating the Facial Roll-CIT, Focus stamper or Gold Roll CIT into your routine will enhance penetration of the active products by 10,000x more than hand application alone and is most beneficial.
Always remember to use the moisturiser down the neck on every level.
